Have a blast with me and your kiddos (ages 3-8) in this family yoga class. Jump like a mindful monkey, breathe like a bird, shine brightly as you salute the sun, and have lots of family fun! This class is designed to bring the family together in the spirit of yoga and creativity. You will learn partner poses, ensuring great bonding time, play yoga games, and build confidence and self-esteem, as well as strong and healthy bodies. FAMILY YOGA”. MUST REGISTER BY SATURDAY 9/28.

The studio can be accessed by entering the Guilford Commons shopping center and then driving down their driveway located to the left of Michael’s.
