Vinyasa Flow

Mon & Wed 6pm - 7pm, Sat 9:30am - 10:30am

Build strength, flexibility and awareness. Experience a moving meditation as you link your movements to your conscious breath to set aside thoughts that aren’t serving you and work towards a clear, more discerning mind. Your practice is YOURS. I’ll offer suggestions, but I encourage you to take movements and breaks as YOU need them and to take what serves you and leave what doesn’t. Registration closes 1 hr before class.


Private Yoga

New to yoga? Working with an injury? Curious about alignment? Deepen your practice, gain confidence, and receive individual guidance tailored to your personal needs. Private sessions are scheduled for a 1 hour duration, longer sessions available upon request. Group private yoga sessions are available for two or more, and private classes can be in person or on Zoom. Email for more information.


Family Yoga

Practice with your kiddos (best for ages about 3-8) in your own home by booking a private family yoga session. Jump like a mindful monkey, grow tall like a majestic tree, shine brightly like a peaceful warrior, and have lots of family fun! These sessions are designed to bring the family together in the spirit of yoga and creativity. You will learn partner poses, ensuring great bonding time, play yoga games, and build confidence and self-esteem, as well as strong and healthy bodies.
